Rostock Seawolves e.V., a basketball club in Rostock, Germany, celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2024. Over twelve years, the club progressed from the fifth division to the first.
The administration challenge
In 2021, we faced a substantial challenge in how we managed members and communicated with them. Our older systems relied on spreadsheets and manual tasks.
Since choosing campai, our day-to-day administration has changed enormously.

Member IDs are now generated automatically. Application forms and email are connected to the same system, which helps us respond to individual members more effectively.

Staff can review complex information and organize communication campaigns from the workspace. Automated membership applications, birthday greetings, and confirmation messages help us use our time and budget more effectively.
The forms also support event organization and give members a direct way to send us information. The ability to adapt the software helps us respond as the club’s needs change.
What comes next
We appreciate the continuing improvements, including changes informed by our feedback. Our aim is to make members’ interactions with the club straightforward and connected across our systems.
