Your monthly price is $40 plus $0.20 for each active member. For 100 members, that’s $60 per month; for 200 members, $80; for 1,000 members, $240. The same per-member rate applies throughout the calculator.
Which members count toward my price?
Active members count toward your monthly price. Contacts and former members do not.
Do I pay extra for team users?
No. Your plan includes unlimited team users. Use roles and permissions to manage access for staff and volunteers.
What happens after the free trial?
Your 14-day trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Choose a paid plan when you’re ready to continue.
Are setup and training included?
Setup and training are optional services, separate from your monthly software price. The setup package is $799, and training is $199 per hour. Custom development is quoted separately.
What other costs should I plan for?
Your plan includes 2 GB of storage and 1,000 archived messages. Digital membership cards, additional storage, archived messages, and online payment processing can incur separate charges.
