Website visits, messages, and cookies
When you visit the website, technical information may include your IP address, browser and operating system, device or session identifiers, referring page, requested files, browser language, error reports, and access times. We use this information to deliver the website, maintain security, resolve errors, and understand how visitors use it.
When you contact us, we process the information and files you provide to answer your request. Information may be shared with a service provider or related company when needed to handle that request. We delete it when it is no longer needed, subject to retention obligations.
Cookies and similar technologies may store preferences and identifiers or support analytics and advertising. Optional analytics and marketing technologies are subject to the choices presented in the website’s cookie controls. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.
Customer relationships and the app
We process company and contact details, communications, orders, invoices, and payment information to manage accounts, provide services, and handle billing. Depending on the relationship, we may also process information for credit checks, warranty or liability requests, and internal reporting.
App stores process information when you download the app under their own terms. Using the app may send technical and usage information, submitted content, device information, and error data to our servers to provide the service and protect it against misuse. Device permissions depend on your operating system and the features you use; you can change them in your device settings.
The privacy notice also describes app analytics and advertising technologies, including advertising identifiers, and the option to object through the app’s settings or information area. Newsletter subscriptions can be canceled using the unsubscribe option in the message.
Service providers and other communications
We may use hosting providers, IT support, advisers, and other service providers to carry out their assigned tasks under contractual instructions and safeguards. Information may also be disclosed with consent, to perform a contract, to meet a legal obligation, or to establish or defend legal claims. International processing may involve transfer safeguards or other applicable legal grounds; contact our data protection officer for details.
Social networks and meeting providers, including Microsoft Teams, may process information under their own privacy terms when you interact with our accounts or join an online meeting. Job applications are processed for recruitment; the privacy notice specifies deletion within three months after recruitment ends, or storage for up to twelve months with consent.
Retention, security, and privacy requests
We retain information for the purposes for which it was collected and for applicable contractual, legal, or recordkeeping obligations. We use technical and organizational security measures, including encrypted transmission using TLS.
Contact our data protection officer to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of information you provided, or to withdraw consent or object to processing. The rights available and any exceptions depend on the law that applies. You may also contact the relevant supervisory authority. We update our privacy notice as our services and requirements change.
